• Test blocks and test blocks kits are available for use with Shore A, M scale (ASTM D2240) or IRHD (ASTM D1415) scale durometers.

• Test blocks are used as a method of determining the operational status of a durometer.

• Using test blocks as a reference indicates if a durometer is reading within tolerance. However, test blocks are not to be used as a calibration device.
