quantification of a wide variety of nitrogen containing compounds without the need to use the
target compound to calibrate the detector response.

The Antek 8060 is available in in four different configurations:

8060: The original chemiluminescent detector for HPLC applications. This version is capable of normal and reverse phase applications. All control parameters are set using front panel controls. Designed for basic research and method development.

8060-C: Similar to 8060 in performance and applications, this version allows for computer control of most parameters. Designed for use in open access environments.

8060-R: Limited to reversed phase applications. This version is offers lower initial cost, while retaining electronic gas flow controls.

8060-M: Limited to reversed phase applications. This version offers the lowest initial cost in exchange for manual gas flow controls.
