We recognise that for all instrument servicing, customers require
rapid response times and local, personalised service. For this
reason, across Australasia, we have dedicated, regionally based
service centres with factory trained service engineers. We aim to
calibrate, install, maintain and repair customers instruments in the
fastest possible time.
We operate a computerised service module that enables us to track
and monitor the progress and status of service work and provide this
information back to the customer and salespeople. This information
will also be available online via
Biolab.Direct - our
online e-commerce system.
Our service department provides pre-and-post servicing of
instrumentation, technical support and advice, training, and offers
comprehensive calibration and preventative maintenance contracts.
