Conviron introduces the newest addition to its product family. The adaptis 1000 is an exceptionally flexible environmental chamber, and is the only research chamber truly designed for multiple uses. The adaptis 1000 delivers a high level of quality, and in a world of rapidly changing research requirements, provides the utmost in flexibility
and versatility.

Variations/Applications:

The adaptis 1000 can be ordered in one of a variety of configurations to best suit specific research applications.

Plant Growth: specially suited for the growth of cereal crops and legumes.
Arabidopsis: specially suited for the growth of Arabidopsis, small seedlings, and plants requiring only moderate levels of light.
Tissue Culture: specially suited for tissue culture research.
Incubator: specially suited for incubation of plantlets and seedlings.
Entomology: specially suited for insect research.
Germinator: specially suited for seed germination.

The cabinet is powder coated to provide superior rust protection. The top mounted air-cooled condensing unit is easy to service and incorporates recent advancements in refrigeration control technology. This innovation delivers tighter temperature control and reduced noise levels when compared to solenoids. The unit is electrically certified to CSA/NL and CE standards (where applicable).

All lighting options are supplied with high efficiency lamps, thus minimizing operating costs. Optional additive humidity systems use the latest in ultra sonic technology, keeping maintenance to a minimum. Each chamber is equipped with a robust and easily programmable PID controller.
