• Motor driven force application with closed loop feedback ensures accuracy of the applied test load with the ability to easily change load cycle times to accommodate different testing standards

• Electronic brake ensures precise application of the minor load at 3kgf and 10kgf

• Large LCD touch screen control console provides a highly visible readout of the measured hardness value as well as access to the tester control parameters

• Continuous mode provides for fast repeat testing of same size parts with automated arm raising for the next part and automated minor load application

• Hardness measurements may be batched in groups of up to 1024 values for statistical analysis, charting and printing and can also be displayed in other hardness and physical property scales according to selected conversion tables

• The extended indenter arm allows testing within curved parts as small as 7/8" (22mm) diameter and has a powerful illuminator wand positioned below it to provide a well lit test surface

• Accommodates specimens up to 8" (205mm) tall and 6" (150mm) deep (center of indenter to the tester body).

• Comes with a diamond cone indenter for HRC, HRA, HRD and HRN scales and a 1/16" ball indenter with spare balls for HRB, HRF, HRG and HRT scales
