MicroPrecise™ Tri-Point Polisher Kits are designed for accurately polishing wedge samples with submicron features. Electron transparency thickness can be reached for TEM analysis. Wedge polishing reduces the need for ion milling by mechanically thinning the area of interest, to 0.1mm or less. These polishing kits are recommended for material applications involving microelectronics, metals, ceramics, minerals, and composites.
