Features & Benefits

  • Evolutions of our Rheologic Capillary Rheometers, Smart RHEO 1000 and 2000 are Bench Top Capillary Rheometers suitable for both quality control and research & development laboratories.

  • The two-column rigid H-type frame construction guarantees maximum performance.

  • The Smart RHEO line shares the same basic characteristics as our Rheologic Series, and uses the same software on PC, VisualRHEO, for both test execution and data handling.

  • Both models have a velocity ratio of 1:200000, and a piston speed of 0.006 to 1200 mm/min.

  • A load cell for each piston is mounted on a quick change support (available full-scales from 1 to 20 kN).

  • The operational temperature range is 50°C to 450°C.

  • Pressure transducers are available from 3.5 to 200 MPa in rigid rod configuration for easy installation and quick change.

  • Meets ISO 11443, ASTM D3835, and equivalent standards.

CEAST product range for rheological investigation on polymers include several instrument and in particular a Modular Line of Melt Indexer, specifically designed for the easy and accurate measuring of the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) and Melt Volume Rate (MVR), fundamental properties of any thermoplastic material.
