Evolutions of our Rheologic Capillary Rheometers, Smart RHEO 1000 and 2000 are Bench Top Capillary Rheometers suitable for both quality control and research & development laboratories.
The two-column rigid H-type frame construction guarantees maximum performance.
The Smart RHEO line shares the same basic characteristics as our Rheologic Series, and uses the same software on PC, VisualRHEO, for both test execution and data handling.
Both models have a velocity ratio of 1:200000, and a piston speed of 0.006 to 1200 mm/min.
A load cell for each piston is mounted on a quick change support (available full-scales from 1 to 20 kN).
The operational temperature range is 50°C to 450°C.
Pressure transducers are available from 3.5 to 200 MPa in rigid rod configuration for easy installation and quick change.
Meets ISO 11443, ASTM D3835, and equivalent standards.
