AT200 Bench Hardness Tester

PDF Datasheet | Request Info

Features & Benefits

  • Rockwell principle

  • Semi-automatic

  • Direct reading in Rockwell hardness scale and in equivalent Brinell and Vickers scales, other scales on request

  • 4 test stands available for testing of odd shaped parts

  • 16-bit microprocessor with large possibilities of data processing

  • Possibility to remove the elevating screw assembly for testing of large parts

Applications

  • Can test parts of different shapes and dimensions.

  • Overhanging specimen can be clamped without any extra support.

  • Insensitive to any deflection of the test part.

  • The 16-bits microprocessor allows data collection of the test process on PC.

The AT200 bench hardness tester can test the Rockwell and Brinell hardness according to the UNI standards. Preload and load are applied automatically through a simple pressure of the lever; the hardness value is processed and displayed directly. The ability to clamp the part permits testing of difficult shaped parts in seconds. In case of deflection of the test piece, the special patented indenter shroud travels with the test surface, maintaining in this way accurate and reliable results.

AT200 is provided with an electronic station and a digital display operated by user-friendly software. The software ensures the possibility to connect a PC or a printer for data collection. The following functions are selectable via keyboard: language selection, minimum measurable thickness, statistics, file configuration, scale selection, round correction factor, graph, lot number, tolerances, print, product name, calibration. Possibility to set 5-different alphanumeric characters to classify the test material.
