BRE-AUT SOR In-Iine Automatic Hardness Tester

The series BRE-AUT is the most suitable hardness tester for testing in line the Brinell hardness. The BRE-AUT series has been designed for maximum system flexibility and can be easily integrated into production lines for completely automated in-line operations. This system has been designed for in-line testing of pipes, round bars of different dimensions (from 60 to 360mm diameter), and it is integrated with a milling unit for the preparation of the test surface. The milling depth can be adjusted if necessary. The machine is integrated into a production line with automated test cycle, where two motorized roller conveyors move the test pieces under the milling unit and the test head. On request, more tests can be performed on the same specimen.

The unique safety feature of the BRE-AUT series helps prevent injury by retracting instantly the penetrator when it makes contact with soft materials, such as the operator’s hands. The electronics is the same as the BRE-AUT standard.
