Applications

  • The testers work with standard Brinell loads and penetrators. The 16-bits microprocessor displays instantly the Brinell hardness value.

  • This system has been designed for testing bottles of different dimensions with built-in surface preparation equipment. On request, more tests can be performed on the same bottle.

The series BRE-AUT is the most suitable hardness tester for testing in line the Brinell hardness. The BRE-AUT series has been designed for maximum system flexibility and can be easily integrated into production lines for completely automatic in line operations.

The unique safety feature of the BRE-AUT series helps prevent injury by retracting instantly the penetrator when this makes contact with soft materials, such as the operator’s hands. The electronics is the same as the BRE-AUT standard.
