The principle is based on the measurement of the electrical resistivity that we have patented and tested on our ESATEST-series for several years. This method allows us to determine, in a rapid way, the materials hardness, avoiding any operator error and to do this in awkward test points.

HTD900 measures in just one quick test that which the traditional methods do not allow. Without damaging the integrity of the component, it is possible to obtain the results for the measurement of the case depth analysis in just few seconds. HTD900 has a large capacity stand and can test parts up to 280mm height and 300mm depth. HTD 900 does not require any particular maintenance and has been designed for working in critical environments.
