The model NR3 D bench hardness tester operates according to the Rockwell method with standard test load and preload.
NR3 D is a multipurpose tester, which thanks to the large availability of loads and penetrators permits testing of a wide range of materials, from hard metals to light alloys and even plastics.

NR3 D has big capabilities also concerning the dimensions and the shape of the test parts. To this purpose, NR3 D is delivered with different bases for testing of flat and cylindrical surfaces.
