Features & Benefits
|
The New generation DT-8 delivers many features designed to simplify operation including a microprocessor control, easy to read displays and indicators, and innovations to guarantee system alignment. The DT-8’s microprocessor control allows keypad entry of operating parameters including temperature setting and programmable wake up. RPM,20 programmable portocols and 12 programmable sampling intervals. The eight vessel locations accommodate six samples as well as a standard and blank or the extra vessel positions can be used for at temperature media replacement. The Motorized telescopic lift positions paddles/baskets at exact height as per USP guide lines. A double-sided neoprene belt ensures long life and uniform speed throughout the eight spindle system. Alignment innovations found on the Optimal DT-8 include eight Low evaporation vessels covers designed to simplify operation and minimized evaporation during the test.
An integrated independent heater circulator isolated
from the tester eliminates vibration influences. Circulator control is achieved
via the faceplate on the DT-8.A
single-piece molded PETG water bath makes cleaning easy, a built-in drain hose
with stopcock is included to simplify water exchanges.
Our unique snap-fit(Patent pending) hold the shafts securely while allowing the shaft to be lowered to precisely the correct height Additionally, our precision-engineered self-aligning centering rings eliminate time-consuming manual adjustments by automatically centering the vessel. To simplify documentation of your tests, a standard printer can be used to secure permanent hard copies of your test parameters including time, temperature, and RPM. The Optimal DT-8 Dissolution Tester meets all USP, EP, JP and FIP guidelines and is shipped with a NIST traceable calibration certificate verifying the physical suitability requirements when the unit was tested prior to leaving our facility.
