Model 2468 Autofloat - A high accuracy, automated primary standard piston

The requirement for aircraft pitot-static systems to provide high precision, particularly in the static, altimeter systems, also demands that the test equipment meets the even higher accuracy standards to provide sensible metrication margin. This in turn means that the test equipment, for example ADTS, air data test sets, must themselves be calibrated with primary standards of the very best precision. The Model 2468 does give this precision, having an uncertainty of only 24ppm on the generated pressure scale.
