PV 411 Multi-function Pressure Generator

Weighing just 1Kg, the PV 411 "4 in 1" hand pump is uniquely capable of sourcing pneumatic pressures up to 60 bar and vacuums up to 95% with excellent fine control (resolution 0.1 mbar), even at very low and high range pressures, enabled by a large volume controller. Hydraulic pressures up to 700 bar are simply achieved by volume adjustment, made possible by the unique priming system. This allows the operator to evacuate the pipe work and with all air expelled, test fluid completely fills the system so that the maximum pressure rating can be reached quickly, whilst maintaining the fine control characteristic.

The PV411 hand pump can be used as the pressure source for a wide range of applications throughout industry. For example, operating with field pressure calibrators or supplied with a test kit, hoses and indicator as a simplified test system, it can be used for the verification of pressure transducers, transmitters, gauges, switches and many similar purposes.
