Transmit Live Torque Data from a Rotating Shaft!
Measuring live torque in real time is easier than ever with the new TorqueTrak 10K telemetry system. Building upon the success of the TorqueTrak 9000, Binsfeld have added many new features including a Remote Control for Channel Select, Gain Select and Shunt Calibration; a Receiver Display and keypad for easy setup; voltage plus digital data output; lower power draw and "power standby" at the Transmitter for dramatically longer battery life.

Convert virtually any drive shaft into a rotating torque sensor by simply mounting the transmitter, battery and a torque sensitive strain gage to the shaft. Use the infrared remote control to adjust transmitter gain, activate the remote shunt calibration or switch the transmitter to standby power mode. The multi-line LCD receiver display and keypad make system adjustments straightforward. Low power consumption in the rugged transmitter allows longer battery life while sophisticated electronics assure accurate and reliable torque data output.

RX10K - Receiver:
-Receiver display and keypad for easy user interface.
-16 channels (planned.)
-Multiple level, selectable low pass filtering for the output signal.
-Digital data output (RS-232).
-Analogue Voltage output signal.
-Displays: Output Signal, Zero Offset, Transmitter Gain, System Gain, Polarity, RF Channel, RF Level, filter selection, error codes.

TorqueTrak 10K (TT10K) telemetry system:
-Frequency Response: 500Hz.
-Much improved signal to noise ratio for higher resolution measurement.
-Much improved signal accuracy and stability. Low temperature coefficient.
-Wider operating temperature range.
-Much improved user interface.

TX10K - Transmitter:
-Lower power draw means twice the battery life, compared to TT9000.
-Power Standby feature to extend battery life without disconnecting battery.
-Wider power supply input range (7.0 to 18VDC.)
-Status light on Transmitter.
-Glass filled, reinforced, injection molded transmitter housing for better durability.
-Shielded housing for reduced EMI effects.
-More user friendly Transmitter mounting. (Groove for tape plus ‘V’ shape on bottom for better fit on shaft.)
-9V battery holder included, same housing style as the Transmitter.

RM10K – Remote Control:
-Infrared remote control for Transmitter setup: Channel, Gain/Range, Shunt Calibration, Low power standby mode.
-Change the Transmitter setup without removing the Transmitter from the shaft.
-2 power levels (planned) for ease of operation with multiple or single transmitter setups.
-Handheld, easy to use.
