Introduces a comprehensive hardware upgrade to the standard Rotortuner -5 Rotor Track, Balance and Vibration Analysis system.

Size and Weight:
Significant reduction in both size and weight of the Data Management Unit electronics now permits storage of the Junction Box and Transducers within the original case.
Operator Console:
Now has a new compact high resolution Printer and Compact Flash Card Reader built in. Screen size and resolution are both doubled. A new ergonomic design tactile keyboard incorporates an improved function key layout.

Functionality:
Enhanced processing capability and true parallel harmonic acquisition significantly reduces data collection time (up to 10 times faster).

Line Scan Camera:
Presented in a new, lighter, environmentally-sealed alloy case, the
re-engineered Camera and electronics ensure improved tracking resolution and accuracy. Its ability to acquire track at the blade tips in adverse weather conditions is also improved.

Operational:
Total kit EMC compatibility to Mil. Stan. 461E and UK Def. Stan.
59-41 ("above-decks" compliant). Extended operating temperature range from
–25ºC to +55ºC.

Compatibility:
All transducers and transducer cables retain compatibility with the Rotortuner-5. Similarly, the operating system menu structure is retained, thus minimising changes to training schedules.

With industry-leading true blade tip track technology, the Rotortuner 5JS+ provides a low risk and smooth upgrade option in order to maintain the Rotortuner as a user-friendly, efficient and accurate RTB and vibration monitoring platform. The Rotortuner 5JS+ easily achieves current EMC standards, ensuring compatibility with new and future advanced aircraft systems, whilst still providing significant steps forward by utilising the latest in technology. The Rotortuner 5JS+ is maintaining its market leadership, whilst giving the operator a system for the future.
