Model 352C67 Miniature High Sensitivity ICP® Accelerometer

  PDF Datasheet | Request Info

  • The ceramic shear ICP® Model 352C67 is a miniature hermetically sealed accelerometer with a mass of 0.07 oz (2,0 gm). Its ceramic shear mode sensing element reduces sensor noise floor and offers reduced sensitivity to thermal transients and base strain.

  • The sensor's small size allows installation in confined or space-restricted areas. A lightweight titanium housing and miniature sensing element minimize effects of mass loading of the test structure.

  • This sensor is ideal for measuring higher-frequency, low-level vibrations requiring excellent resolution (0.00016 g rms, 1 Hz to 10 kHz). With a 100 mV/g sensitivity, it features a wide frequency range of 0.5 to 10 000 Hz(±5%) and is supplied with a 10 ft (3 m) cable. Suitable applications include structural testing, modal analysis, and on-road automotive testing.
